Abstract

This study aims to reveal the prophetic strategy implemented by the principal to improve teacher performance. The research is a qualitative study conducted at SMA Maarif NU Kemranjen, Banyumas. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and document studies. The data analysis technique follows the Miles & Huberman & Saldana model, consisting of three stages: data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results show that the prophetic strategy implemented by the school principal includes shared vision and mission, open communication, student development, school security and order, extracurricular programs and social activities, teacher and staff evaluation and development, inspirational approach, providing support, and awarding recognition
