The Influence Of Technological Development On The Use Of Language In Contemporary Indonesian Literature

Abstract

This research explores the impact of technological development on the use of language in contemporary Indonesian literature. With a focus on literary works produced in the last nine years, this study analyses how the evolution of technology, especially in the digital world and social media, affects language expression in literary works. Through a linguistic approach and text analysis, this study identifies changes in style, understanding and language structure reflected in modern literary writing. These findings provide insight into writers' adaptation to technological change as well as the way literature plays a role in recording cultural transformation. This study also discusses the social and cultural impact of the integration of technology in literary language, highlighting the complex interactions between technology, language, and cultural identity. Hopefully, the results will contribute to our understanding of the dynamics of Indonesian literature in the digital era, as well as offer a new perspective on the role of technology in the development of language and culture.
