Abstract

The government itself is divided into two, namely the Regional Government and the Village Government which synergize with each other in a structure. In essence, the government itself has a function, the function is to guarantee security from all possible attacks from outside, the implementation of fair behavior in every citizen without distinguishing social status, providing services to the community, and always striving for social welfare for the less fortunate. The village government is a micro government that carries out local village duties regulated by applicable laws and regulations. In the village itself there are various institutions, these institutions are always the cornerstone of the town and are always interesting to discuss by the public, namely the Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes). Bumdes itself is regulated in Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021. The capital needed to establish Bumdes uses the Village Fund Allocation (DD). In its development, Bumdes must have a legal entity as regulated by Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014. In Mojokerto Regency, there are approximately 150 Bumdes with legal entities. In 2024, it will receive Special Financial Assistance from East Java Province, but administratively the Bumdes structure must complete the DDC. So this study reviews How the adaptation of DDC technology in the distribution of Special Financial Assistance (BKK) of the East Java Provincial Government to Bumdes. This study uses the concept of information technology such as E-Government. While the method uses qualitative researchers can analyze the object of research. The results obtained in this study, the DDC application is one of the indirect communication media between the Village Community Empowerment Service (DPMD) of East Java Province and villages in East Java Province. While the Regency DPMD is the implementing agency for monitoring and evaluation.
