Abstract

This article aims to present the management of multicultural education programs that can be implemented in early childhood education to develop dimensions of global diversity. This research employs a literature study approach, where data is collected from various books, journals, and articles relevant to the topic. The research results indicate that the development of dimensions of global diversity in early childhood can be enhanced through the management of multicultural education. The research findings are expected to provide practical recommendations for educators and policymakers in designing and implementing educational programs that support children's development in understanding and appreciating cultural diversity on a global level.
