Nonprobability sampling was used, and data were analyzed using) structural equation modelling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that perceived service quality education and perceived service quality technology have an impact on student satisfaction. However, perceived service quality social orientation doesn't influence student satisfaction. In addition, this study also shows that student satisfaction has influence on students' future behavioral intention.
