Abstract

Data were analyzed with stage data reduction, data display, verification and conclusion. The validity of the data is tested by credibility test techniques, dependability tests, confirmability tests and transferability tests. Research result show that organization management implementation reading aloud method already Enough good. This is can proven with existence characteristics and benefits reading aloud method achieved in its implementation. In the implementation reading aloud method is available aspect language and literacy through fond of read and add vocabulary, besides That in the listen to participant educate there is concentration, and participation. Discussion inside it covers submission questions, solutions problems and appreciate opinion. Within the ability speak child age early there is aspect linguistic and non-linguistic.
