Syaiful Garibaldi's Creative Process In Balitsa Ehoor's Interdisciplinary Work

Abstract

The visual style, the use of media to the way the work is presented proves that the art world until now does not stop but continues to follow the times. A phenomenon that shows this is the creation of interdisciplinary art that produces works of art from the merger of sciences. One of the Indonesian artists who has succeeded in creating interdisciplinary artworks is Syaiful Garibaldi, who presents works from the collaboration of art science and environmental science. The author will examine Syaiful Garibaldi's interdisciplinary creative process in one of his works entitled Balitsa Ehoor which raises the issue of the relationship between humans and the surrounding environment. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. Data sources were obtained from several sources, written sources and photos to obtain the data obtained. The author uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation.
